PEACE & QUIET IN ABUNDANCE
The original farmhouse, now thoughtfully updated into a five-bedroom private homestead, features a cook's kitchen, spacious lounge and dining areas, private pool, braai facilities and open fireplaces. It is set in a grove of trees surrounded by lush farmland in a quiet corner of the estate, complete with gorgeous Tsitsikamma Mountain views.

Beyond the Garden Route’s epic beaches, the landscape here opens into forest, fynbos and coastline that reward curiosity at any age. Stroll the walking trails of Robberg Nature Reserve, explore the old-growth forests of Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma, paddle the Keurbooms river or watch whales and dolphins in the bay; each one a surefire hit for adults and kids alike.
THE CALL OF THE WILD
A short drive from Country House, the three SAASA sanctuaries make for one of the Garden Route's most rewarding days out. Be charmed by playful primates at Monkeyland, enchanted by feathered friends at Birds of Eden or bowled-over by big cats at Jukani – each one with a strictly enforced no-contact policy and globally-respected animal welfare credentials.
